staying MobilE

Mobility is the key to independence.  Having the ability to move without pain will open up new possibilities to participate in activities such as playing sports, walking without fear of falling, or picking up your grandchildren.

The doctor has limited options to help you with mobility such as meds and referrals to physical therapy.  I can help you walk with confidence, strengthen the areas where weakness impedes you, and educate you on how to move without pain.

Relieving Pain

Severe pain of the back & neck or extremities can be disabling.  For this reason, my first priority is pain relief. Treating the underlying causes of identifiable movement dysfunction is the path toward achieving long-term relief and recovery.
